Chocolate Mousse

Recipe of Chocolate Mousse:

This is a recipe to make delicious and fluffy chocolate mousse

Ingredients: 

Chocolate powder (down you can see my recommendation)

-heavy cream,

-30gr sugar,

-3 eggs,

-vanilla extract; Here you can see my recommendation:

Preparation: 

Melt chocolate. 

Whip cream with sugar. 

Fold in chocolate. 

Beat egg whites with vanilla until stiff peaks form. 

Fold slowly into chocolate mixture. 

Chill before serving.
